Shepherd's Bush urged to come climbing

Climbing experts and top football, tennis and handball coaches will be on hand to inspire people in an open day at the Westway Sports Centre tomorrow (6).

Children, teenagers and adults of all abilities are encouraged to try out a sport at the centre in Crowthorne Road, underneath the A40 in the north-east of the borough.

There will also be live music, a steel band and and inflatable assault course at the open day, which will run from 11am to 3pm and costs £2 for adults, £1 for children and £4 for families of four.
