Designer charity shop pilot for Shepherd's Bush

An experiment to try to create a designer charity shop will run in the Village area of Westfield next month.

Only the most desirable donations will be accepted at the Living and Giving shop, which retail expert Mary Portas and Grazia magazine hope will help revolutionise charity stores around the country.

Cash raised between June 4 and June 27 will be split between Save the Children, Barnardo's and Mind. Anyone with clothes or other items in good condition can take them into the store on the shopping centre's first floor.
