Free samples for Fairtrade Fortnight

THERE will be a free tasting session of Fairtrade products in Supermarkets around the borough next week.

Shoppers can try chocolate or Geobars, or pick up a sachet of coffee at Morrisons, Shepherd's Bush, on Saturday February 28 from 2-6pm.

Samples will also be available at Sainsbury's, at the Fulham Broadway Retail Centre on Saturday, March 7, 2-6pm.

Also as part of the events during Fairtrade Fortnight (February 23-March 8), organised by the Hammersmith and Fulham Fairtrade Steering Group, St Peter's CE Primary School pupils in Hammersmith will attempt to beat the world record for eating bananas over 24 hours on Friday March 6.
