Drugs worth £14,000 were seized by police in the biggest haul since the borough's drug squad was set up.

A quarter kilo of cocaine was found at a house in the Edward Woods estate on December 10

The find was filmed after the Hammersmith and Fulham squad was filmed recently cracking down on drug crime.

They featured on the programme Brit Cops: Frontline Crime on Virgin 1, targeting known offenders involved in the supply of drugs.

The officers this year have executed more than 90 Search warrants, seizing large sums of cash, firearms, stolen property and drugs including cannabis, crack cocaine, heroin.

More than 80 people have been arrested and 15 Crack Houses closed.

Detective Sergeant Simon Rogers, said: "The operation last week ensures that a large quantity of cocaine is now taken off the streets. We are determined to tackle the supply of drugs in Hammersmith and Fulham, where we have information that people are dealing we will pursue those responsible and put them before the courts. "
